Ltd., and has extensive consulting experience working with organizations across the government and private sectors in business strategies linked to people-organization dynamics across Asean. His experience includes all aspects of Human Resource Consulting, particularly in the areas of Organization Structuring and Workforce Planning, Job Redesign, Competency Framework Development, Creating Differentiated Reward Programs, developing a High-Performance Culture and HR Transformation.
Samir believes that talent plays a critical role in an organization’s ability to navigate today’s disruptive forces. He is passionate about supporting individual organizations and the HR community to drive a sharper focus on people, which is key to thriving in the digital age. Samir is an ex-adjunct Professor of Performance Management & Compensation at SMU and currently a HR Committee Member at the Assisi Hospice Board.
